Creamy Spinach Radiatore

It’s creamy, it’s delicious, and bonus, you can use your summer veggies in this dish!

Here’s what you’ll need

  • olive oil

  • 2 onions

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • red chili flakes

  • salt

  • radiatore pasta

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 16 oz san marzano tomatoes

  • 4 cups spinach

Peel and chop garlic and onions

Heat a pan to medium high heat and add olive oil

To pan, add salt and red chili flakes, reduce heat slightly & caramelize.

Cook pasta

Add san marzano tomatoes to caramelized onions and garlic, add cream cheese, melt and stir in chream cheese

Finish cooking pasta

Add spinach to pan

Add pasta to pan, combine thoroughly

Serve & enjoy!
