Grilled Chimmichurri Shrimp
So in this other post I share with you a simple marinade recipe, Chimmichurri. As you know from that post, Chimmichurri is an argentine cuisine with origins deep in the country's countryside. It's fresh, it's aromatic, it's zesty, and well.... it's perfect for shrimp. Sure you can eat it with steak, and you can dip bread in it, but have you ever had Chrimmichurri shrimp? Incredible.
Here is the Recipe:
make Chimmichurri marinade
add shrimp (I use red argentine shrimp from Trader Joes)
grill over open flame for best flavor
Serve over rice with broiled zucchini. Add lemon wedge.
